Overview
Em Brasa is an internal initiative designed to shape the visual identity for Globant’s design chapter in Brazil. The goal was to build a cohesive visual ecosystem for the design team and its upcoming sub-projects, creating a unified presence across internal communications and team touchpoints.
Following the initial brand direction, our team was tasked with expanding the visual identity into a scalable system. As part of a two-designer initiative, I contributed to the art direction, visual alignment, and project strategy, ensuring the brand could easily adapt to various formats and team initiatives.

My Role & Key Deliverables
1. Brand Extensions & Sub-Logos
Developed secondary brand marks and sub-project logos, including Expresso Cafezinho and an alternative Em Brasa logo designed specifically for casual team gatherings and internal syncs.
2. Digital Assets & Engagement
Created a full kit of visual assets to enhance internal engagement:
Custom virtual backgrounds for video calls
Promotional banners for internal events
Brand patterns and graphic elements for versatile application
3. Design System & Standardization
Organized and structured the primary Figma file into a scalable Design System:
Defined extended color palettes and usage rules
Standardized visual tokens and components for seamless future rollouts

Impact
By combining strategic discussions with hands-on graphic design, we transformed initial concepts into a structured, production-ready design system—equipping the Globant Brazil design team with a strong, recognizable brand presence.
